Sustainability is a key dominator within today’s global fleet strategies, with fleet electrification an important tool to achieve a lower carbon footprint. 
But what looks nice and promising on paper isn’t always evident to implement. For sure not when market conditions, regulation and taxation, supply and customer preferences vary from region to region and in between countries. 

Successfully translating your global EV strategy into regional policies and local implementation asks a clear vision, a strong buy-in from your leadership, a permanent motivation of internal stakeholders and the recognition and understanding that regional and local differences matter.
