Chevin FleetWave(r) is web-based software designed to manage and consolidate all fleet related information and associated processes into a single enterprise system, integrating with internal finance and HR systems, fuel systems, external vendors and telematics providers.
First to offer web based fleet solutions to the market, FleetWave has benefited from significant development and takes advantage of the latest generation of internet technology. Delivering a major update to become FleetWave 2.3 earlier in 2014, the software delivers highly sophisticated systems that intelligently manage fleet and associated data.
Extremely flexible configurations are designed to meet the demands of any fleet operation from any sector. Chevin FleetWave is the solution to significantly improve operational efficiency, reduce administrative resource, ensure compliance requirements, and highlight ongoing cost savings.
Giving operations the right tools to take control, Chevin FleetWave has one of the most comprehensive module offerings available.
The software delivers increased visibility of KPI's with its unique real-time reporting system, paired with advanced control of procedures, alerts, reminders and clever automation.
The browser-based application allows unlimited users in multiple countries, and uses industry standard database technology (Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle) and Microsoft IIS for web services. Access to FleetWave is controlled by secure login username and password. Each password controls not only access to the system, but also what each user can see and modify in the system.
FleetWave password access can also limit the view of data based on further parameters such as Depot, Cost Centre and Location. When a user profile is defined FleetWave will limit the view of data to only show the information relevant to that specific login. For example, while head office has a complete overview, a user at a specific location would only have access to the data relevant to that location.
FleetWave has been designed to be the most flexible fleet management system available. Every screen, menu, report and KPI can be defined by the customer without the need for reprogramming and of course without suffering the additional costs of such 'bespoke' development.
