Car models discontinued in Mexico

Pushing innovation and environmental consciousness, the automotive industry in Mexico will undergo a facelift in the coming years, with a push for electrification and cars with new technologies.

To prepare, here is a list of models which are discontinued in the country as of 2019, according to local automobile news portal Auto Cosmos.

The classic Volkswagen Beetle (coupe), Ford Focus (compact sedan hatch), Nissan Juke (subcompact coupe), Volkswagen Touareg (SUV), Ford Fiesta ST (compact sedan hatch), Chevrolet Volt (hybrid sedan), and the Smart (compact coupe).
