OviDrive renews partnership with Shell Fleet Solutions and starts collaboration with TraXall
International fleet management company OviDrive has closed an important investment round that needs to strengthen its global presence: the partnership with Shell Fleet Solutions is reconfirmed, while new joint investors, Fleet Operations and Groupe Faubourg, bring the strength of TraXall businesses to OviDrive, creating a strategic alliance.
TraXall operates in 37 countries. The partnership will allow OviDrive to leverage TraXall's extensive global network and expertise, offering clients an even wider array of solutions for optimizing their fleets. The companies will combine their experience to deliver innovative fleet management services that empower businesses to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and ensure sustainability across their operations.
By extending its partnership with Shell Fleet Solutions, OviDrive seeks to further enhance its clients' access to fuel management, maintenance, and telematics solutions.
