Nikola Vuckovic named first European Connected Fleets Manager of the Year

European Connected Fleets Manager of the Year is Nikola Vuckovic, Senior Manager Global Market & Fleet Strategy at Philip Morris International. His award was presented by Ivan Lequerica, South and West Europe of Geotab. 

Mr Vuckovic was chosen for his excellence in applying connected technology in fleet management as a tool for increasing efficiency. Based on his experiences, Mr Vuckovic built up a fleet safety management programme, including a proactive risky driving detection platform, while mastering connected tech to implement a fleet sustainability policy, targeting carbon neutrality by 2030. Mr Vuckovic upgraded 40% of the fleet with connected technology to reach the 100% goal by 2023. 

Nikola Vuckovic and his fleet colleagues are responsible for a global fleet of 22,650 vehicles, of which 7,100 in Europe.
