Arrend on track to 10,000 vehicles in Central America

Guatemala-based automobile leasing company Arrend Leasing is on track to its goal of reaching 10,000 corporate fleet vehicles by 2020, CEO Mirella Juarez told Global Fleet in an interview.

Taking its current fleet into consideration, reaching this number would mean increasing the company's Central America fleet by some 2,000 vehicles a year. "This is a challenge, but we are confident that we can achieve this,"Juarez said.

Arrend Leasing operates in six of Central America’s seven countries. Besides working independently in Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and Nicaragua, the company has partnered with France-based leasing company ALD Automotive and US-based leasing firm Wheels Inc. to cover Panama and Costa Rica.
