Nissan Mexico offers leasing to Uber, Cabify drivers
To boost vehicle sales and improve urban mobility in Mexico, Nissan has launched a leasing scheme for the drivers of Uber and Cabify ride-hailing services.
As an alternative to buying cars with 72-month financing, Nissan is offering 12-48-month leasing agreements with lower down payments, thus stimulating the concept of pay-to-use rather than buying.
At the end of the contract, drivers can opt to extend their current leasing agreement, buy the car, return it, or exchange it for a new vehicle, giving them the needed flexibility many ride-hail drivers seek.
Mexico's most sold car is the Nissan Versa (pictured).
