Yuliya Lapenkova (Danone) is 2021 European Fleet & Mobility Manager of the Year

The title of 2021 European Fleet & Mobility Manager of the Year was awarded to Yuliya LAPENKOVA, Global Senior Procurement Manager Vehicles C&B at Danone.

This Fleet Europe award recognises the person or team with a responsibility and direct influence on the vehicle fleet programme of a multinational in Europe, and has been exemplary in deploying a programme that combines the strengths of overall procurement efficiency and supplier management with an optimisation of vehicle emissions and safety, and the attention for new employee mobility solutions, all the while respecting the company’s overall business strategy.

The jury was impressed by Ms LAPENKOVA’s role in launching a global car policy with sustainability targets, including a global vision to decrease CO2 by 30% by 2025, to cap g/km for all cars, to fully electrify benefit cars in all countries by 2025, and to shift towards mobility-as-a-benefit where possible.

Ms LAPENKOVA is responsible for a fleet of 14,050 vehicles worldwide, of which 8,000 in Europe.

The award was presented by Stuart DONNELLY, Senior Director Group International Sales Europe/USA at Sixt.
