Element Fleet to manage Rentokil Terminix's North American fleet
Rentokil Terminix has announced a five-year agreement with Element Fleet Management to consolidate the finances and management of its North American fleet by the latter.
The agreement follows the acquisition of Terminix Global Holdings by Rentokil Initial in October, combining two big pest control businesses. Rentokil Terminix reached a customer base of around 4.9 million after the acquisition.
Element has been providing services to Rentokil Initial for many years and will now be solely responsible for the management and finances of the 21,000 North American fleets of Rentokil. The agreement also supports the sustainability goals of Rentikil, which aims to transform its global fleet to ultra-low vehicles (ULEVs) by 2040.
Element, together with Arval, forms the Element-Arval Global Alliance, managing over 3 million vehicles in more than 50 countries.
