Global Fleet Conference 2020 postponed

The spread of COVID-19 goes hand in hand with severe protective measures in most countries of the world. Travel restrictions affect all businesses.

The top priority is everyone’s health.

Like many other organisers around the world, Nexus Communication has to make decisions regarding the tenure of event. In consequence, we have decided to postpone the Global Fleet Conference planned at the end of May in Rome.

The Global Fleet Conference will take place in September, with dates and venue to be confirmed as soon as possible. Our team is in contact to make this Conference happen and to ensure the quality of our events once this global sanitary crisis will have ended.

Meanwhile, in collaboration with our partners, the APAC conference will finally take place in Singapore on 8 and 9 December. There is no change for the Fleet LatAm Conference in Mexico City at the end of September, or for the Fleet Europe Summit in Dublin in November.

For almost 25 years we have been developing media related to fleet management, mobility and technology. Over the years, a real Fleet & Mobility community has been built. We have modestly contributed, encouraged and developed it.

Today, more than ever, transparency and solidarity must inspire us to get through this crisis as quickly as possible.

In this unprecedented context, our responsibility is therefore twofold:

  • To inform you as fully and objectively as possible about the consequences in the Fleet & Mobility eco-system, and about the best practices and new initiatives that this kind of situation can sometimes create. Therefore, next week the editorial team of Nexus Communication will be offering you daily reports, views, etc. on the situation.
  • As we will all be impacted by this health crisis, we will do our utmost to ensure that our business partners, all of you who support us, can find adapted and effective communication solutions with us.

Thank you for your trust

On behalf of the Nexus Communication team,
Thierry Degives & Caroline Thonnon
