Jean-Philippe Caraës (pictured, left) is E&I Segment Manager Power - Latin America region for Hilti Group and he was elected 2020 Global Fleet Manager of the Year. He will share the building blocks of his winning strategy and reveal how to set up a global programme that achieves corporate objectives with respect of regional and local stakeholder involvement.
