Learn tricks to TCO Management at Global Fleet Conference VEx

Increasing productivity all while keeping your total cost of ownership (TCO) down are among the main ways to achieve fleet efficiency for the corporate fleet manager.

However, considering the volatile business climate and socio-economic challenges of today, how can you ensure success in TCO control?

It is not an easy task but it is worth the effort, especially when you are able to respect overall corporate goals.

During the 2022 Global Fleet Conference VEx (virtual experience) on 8 December, the second of four topics to be discussed is entitled “Global TCO Management: well worth the effort, and here’s how”

Scheduled from 2:15 to 3:15 in the afternoon will be a Panel Discussion featuring Global Fleet Manager of the Year Guillaume de Subercasaux (pictured left), Head of Global Indirect Procurement for multinational equipment manufacturing company Schindler.

Also scheduled is Zoltan Schiller (pictured right) who is global category leader for fleet, mobility, and travel at INGKA, the procurement hub of home furnishing retailer IKEA.

Aimed at optimizing the performance of global and international fleets, the four topics featured during the five-hour conference are:

•    Supply Chains
•    Global TCO
•    Sustainability
•    Regional Fleet Efficiency
