Revealed: exclusive content of Global Fleet Managers Club in Lisbon

True to its nature as a select gathering of global and international fleet managers, the Global Fleet Managers Club (GFMC) will hold exclusive sessions on the first day of the Global Fleet Conference 2022 in Lisbon.

The 10th edition of the Global Fleet Conference will take place on 2-4 May in Lisbon, one of the oldest and most iconic cities in Europe. There'll be no time for sightseeing, though: the conference has an intense schedule

One of the most appealing elements of that schedule are the meetings of the GFMC - not just a forum for finding solutions to all challenges facing the global fleet industry, but also a key gathering of high-profile global fleet managers, industry experts, and decision-makers. In Lisbon, members from LatAm and APAC will join in to contemplate the issues and to drive efficiency and achieve sustainability in fleet management.

On 2 May, members of the GFMC will hold three meetings:

  • The Global Fleet APAC Business Networking Group Meeting (1:30 pm-3 pm): due to constant changes in regional business models and strategies in fleet managemen, the puzzling nature of APAC is ever-evolving. To get a view of every relevant aspect of fleet management and mobility in APAC, an eclectic selection of fleet managers, suppliers, and mobility and tech companies has been summoned to provide the best answers. The Global Fleet Business Networking Group Meeting will focus on all the opportunities that fleet managers can grab in the region, while pinpointing the best strategies to integrate regional strategies into an international fleet management policy.
  • The Fleet LatAm Business Networking Group Meeting (1:30 pm-3 pm): inflation in Latin America is still a big problem, while fuel prices keep increasing and the chip shortage remains a menace. Representing the community of companies that are involved in corporate mobility across Latin America, the Fleet LatAm Business Networking Group will look into the most pressing challenges in LatAm from the perspectives of fleet managers, suppliers and start-ups, while also looking to stimulate international business opportunities.
  • The Global Fleet Managers Club Meeting (3:30 pm-5 pm): There's no better way to overcome the obstacles standing in the path of sustainability than by learning from the best practices of international fleet managers. This year, a unique learning experience will be shared by the 2021 Global Fleet Manager of the Year Award, Jan-Hendrik Rauhut of Bayer.
