Fleet LatAm Conference agenda is now in place

Following last year’s success, the Fleet Latam Conference returns again in 2023, taking place September 25-26 at the Marquis Reforma hotel once again in the heart of the excusive Paseo de la Reforma district of Mexico City. 

With the main theme revolving around discovering winning strategies to achieve safe and sustainable fleet success, the conference is dedicated to fleet trends, challenges, ecosystems threats and opportunities in Latin America, a two-day event which also boasts an exhilarating Awards Ceremony and a live gathering of the first Latam meeting of Inspiring Women in Fleet

Monday (September 25)

Day one will start with a luncheon at 2pm with Inspiring Women in Fleet, followed by an opening of the conference and village.

In the early evening, a keynote covering the strategic mobility plan for Mexico City will take place as well as discussions about inclusion for business success and winning strategies for safety success in Latin America. The night will wrap up with the Fleet LatAm Awards Ceremony for fleet managers and vehicles as well as a Cocktail Reception. See the detailed program here.

Tuesday (September 26)

Following the Welcome at 9:30am, Day two will start with a talk on the Economic Outlook of Latin America and be filled with the following subtopics:

  • Recognizing the Electrification Curve
  • Remarketing and TCO
  • Driver and Good Safety Programs
  • Here is What to Expect

While a session entitled “EVS on the Verge in Latin America” and another called “When Electrification Rhymes with Savings” are scheduled under the first subtopic on electrification, a session about improving driver behavior and reducing insurance costs as well as another which addressing the importance of fleet for Latin America are on the agenda.

Finally, another session about using technology for a winning fleet management strategy in Latin America is scheduled as well as one about successfully anticipating fleet management trends.

Four Thought Leadership Sessions are also scheduled: Nissan Motors (sustainability and technology in the automakers Latam portfolio); Geotab (video telematics and AI); Lojack-Calamp (safety); and Autorola (marketing and TCO).

The Conference will be wrapped up in the late afternoon with a talk on the Lessons Learned and a Closing of the Fleet LatAm Conference 2023. See the detailed program here.
