Fleet Managers: 2019 Fleet LatAm training sessions around corner

Vehicle fleet managers with multi-country responsibility in Latin America, prepare yourself for a full-day training session on September 25, just one day after the 2019 Fleet LatAm Conference taking place in Mexico City from September 23-24.

Occurring at the JW Marriot hotel, interactive lectures, case studies, and workshops will take place throughout the day. Sessions will be conducted in Spanish or English, depending on the speaker. Simultaneous translations will be provided.

In the morning, following a welcome and introduction at 8:00am, four lectures, a roundtable, and a workshop will take place.

Among the lectures are: challenges and changing roles of international fleet/mobility managers; addressing the reality in Latin America, including constraints OEMs and fleet management companies are facing in the region; knowing the importance of measuring TCO and KPI’s; and tackling the hurdles of LatAm fleet policies.

Also taking place before lunch break will be a roundtable on the open and closed end type products offered in Latin America, and a workshop on the different fleet policies in the region and the results obtained in different companies.

After lunch, three lectures and a workshop is planned.

The first contemplates a lecture and discussion on tendering at a regional level, followed by a talk on technologies in practice such as telematics, and a talk on the hard reality of safety.

Finally, a workshop addressing the existing practices on safety will be organized, followed by a closing of the training day and final evaluation.
