Tousaw appointed CMO at Holman 

Rick Tousaw has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Holman Enterprises. It’s one of three major executive appointments announced by the U.S.-based global automotive services group.  

Mr Tousaw (pictured) already serves as Chief Commercial Officers for Holman’s fleet-oriented businesses: ARI, Auto Truck Group and Holman Parts Distribution. 
In his newly created role as group CMO, Mr Tousaw will oversee the strategic development and execution of the group’s marketing efforts. 

Prior to joining Holman in 2010, Mr Tousaw held leadership positions at Molson Coors Brewing, Ocean Spray International and Unilever Canada. At Holman, he quickly rose through the ranks, recently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of ARI Canada.

The group made two further appointments designed to strengthen its position as a fleet management provider:

  • Anthony Foursha was promoted to Executive Vice President, Sales and Services Excellence at ARI. He will lead ARI’s new business development and client relations strategy on a global scale. 
  • Craig Balfour was named Vice President of Marketing for Holman Automotive. He will be responsible for its retail automotive marketing strategy. 

Holman Enterprises is comprised of six business segments, each supporting a different segment of the automotive industry:

  • Holman Automotive, one of the largest privately-owned dealership groups in the U.S., with 36 franchises, representing 17 brands. 
  • Steward Financial Services, an automotive retail finance company.
  • Holman Insurance Services, a commercial and consumer insurance services company.
  • Holman Parts Distribution, a national multi-brand powertrain parts distributor.
  • Auto Truck Group, a truck up-fitting business.
  • ARI, the largest privately-owned fleet leasing and management company in North America.
