Enterprise opens 100 branches worldwide

Over the past 12 months, vehicle rental specialist Enterprise has opened more than 100 new branch locations across 20 countries worldwide. As part of the company’s continued investment in its global network, further expansion is planned throughout 2021.

  • Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA): new branches in 16 countries, including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, and Lithuania in Europe; plus Saudi Arabia and Turkey.
  • Asia/Pacific (APAC): new branches in Japan, Australia, the Philippines, and Guam.
  • Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC): the first Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations in Aruba, Panama, St. Barts, and Sint-Maarten. An extra 50 locations in Brazil.

In the five LAC countries and territories, the Enterprise brand locations join the National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands already present. All three brands are owned by Enterprise Holdings.

“By being bold and resilient (during the global health crisis), we have been able to invest in our network (…) ensuring we are ready to support even more customers as they are ready to travel for business or leisure again,” says Peter Smith, VP of Global Franchising at Enterprise Holdings.
