KEKO regional expansion underway with Mexico City launch

Latin America mobile app-based car sharing platform KEKO will launch its service in Mexico City on Monday (15 May), kicking off its regional expansion plan toward its long-term vision to be operating in at least six Latam countries.

KEKO, which started in Argentina in late 2021, allows individuals to rent a car for as long as you need it, saving you time and money through a simplified payment process which is also environmentally conscious.

“Although we offer both B2B and B2C service, we intend to surpass 100 vehicles for our B2C service in Mexico City within the first year and our plan calls for having more than 500 cars by the end of the second year,” Co-Founder and CEO Arturo Simone told Fleet Latam, the Latin America arm of Global Fleet.

“Besides Argentina and Mexico, the next stops include increasing our service offerings in Colombia, Peru, Brazil, and Chile,” added Mr. Simone.
