Movida Brazil kicks off new executive team

Gustavo Moscatelli has started his tenure as CEO of Brazil’s second largest vehicle leasing and car rental company Movida, taking over for Renato Franklin who left the company at the end of April. 

Mr. Moscatelli also retains the position of Director of Investor Relations, a title he took on in February 2023. He has also held Financial Director positions for Truck and machinery leasing company Grupo Vamos and construction firm Gafisa.

Joining the new CEO is Pedro Almedia who has been named CFO. Mr. Almeida has extensive experience in the rental and automotive market in Brazil and Europe.

Movida has a fleet of approximately 213,000 vehicles.
