Jim Pattison acquires Manchester Leasing

Canadian fleet management specialist Jim Pattison Lease has acquired Manchester Leasing Services. It establishes JPL’s first location in the United States.

Founded in 1951, Manchester Leasing is based in Iowa, with additional offices in Missouri and Florida. Its fleet management portfolio consists of vehicles across a total of 19 U.S. states.

Ben Carfrae, Manchester Leasing’s current President, will continue to oversee U.S. operations, and the company’s customers will continue to be supported by the current Manchester Leasing team.

With offices throughout Canada, JPL is that country’s largest privately-owned nationwide vehicle leasing and fleet management company. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jim Pattison Industries Ltd., Canada’s second-largest privately held company.

JPL offers personalized service and unique transportation solutions to commercial enterprises and businesses across Canada and the United States. With its new business in the U.S., JPL further enhances its capabilities to provide its customers with a full range of fleet management solutions in both Canada and the United States.
