Bosch confirms its position as IoT leader during the CES 2019, with its presentation of IoT on the roads for connected mobility among other IoT application.

By implementing Artificial Intelligence and partnerships with specialists, Bosch is strengthening its position as IoT leader. When it comes to connected mobility, Bosch partners up with Mojio, creating an integrated IoT platform focused on car accidents. A Bosch algorithm can identify where and when the accident happened, transmit the data to the Bosch emergency service centre, which sends an emergency call to local rescue services as well.

Further on, Bosch presented its in-house-developed concept shuttle vehicle, which represents an autonomous, electric and connected future of mobility. To complement the shuttle service, Bosch will supply a complete range of mobility services as well, such as reservation, sharing and connectivity platforms, as well as parking and recharging services.

All together, they are a part of Bosch’ smart, seamlessly connected ecosystem, of which the CES 2019 gives a quick glance on the future, and which the company aims to implement in every single autonomous car on the road.
