CES 2022: Chrysler readies first BEV, announces all-electric portfolio by 2028
Chrysler motors of the Stellantis group is planning to have an all-electric portfolio by 2028, giving a glimpse of this at the CES 2022 consumer electronics show in Las Vegas this week (5-7 January).
During the event, the automaker showed off its Airflow concept car (pictured) which boasts leading-edge drive-system technology, fully connected customer experiences and advanced mobility features with intuitive AI and connected vehicle technology that delivers 350- to 400-mile range and fast-charging functionality.
Chrysler also announced that its transformation will include the launch of its first battery-electric vehicle (BEV) by 2025. Its electrification plan has been kicked off by the launch of the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid, the first ever plug-in hybrid minivan.
