Nissan names SVP and Global Head Infiniti

As of 1 July, 25-year automotive veteran Jose Roman will be senior vice president (SVP) of Global Sales for Nissan Motor Co. and Global Head of the company’s luxury brand Infiniti.

Currently president and managing director of Nissan in Mexico, Mr. Roman will be reporting to Asako Hoshino, executive vice president (EVP) Nissan Motor Co. based in Yokohama, Japan.

Mr. Roman joined Nissan in 2012 and he previously held executive positions at General Motors. He has experience in the markets of Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, and Japan.
