Kidneys become sunglasses on BMW iX3 full electric SUV

Later this month, BMW will unveil its new iX3 full electric SUV concept car at Auto China Beijing 2018.

The iX3 features BMW's fifth generation electric powertrain and should be capable of going at least 200 miles on a full charge.

Somewhat surprisingly, BMW appears to have tweaked its signature grille, moving away from the traditional kidney grille towards a design reminiscent of sunglasses, not unlike Kia's tiger-nose.
