Mexico’s lowest priced subcompact cars

If you are on a budget in Mexico and seeking a standard subcompact car, General Motors has the lowest priced model right now, the 2018 Chevrolet Beat hatchback (pictured) priced at 158,200 Mexican pesos (US$8,342).

It has a 1.2 liter five-speed manual transmission offering 81 hp and a torque of 80 ft.-lbs, according to a report by local news service Autocosmos which highlighted the lowest priced models from the main automakers in the country. 

Also making the list is: Fiat Mobi priced at MXN 62,400; Hyundai Grand i10 (MXN 164,500); Nissan March (MXN 176,700); and Ford Figo hatchback (MXN 178,900).
