General Motors announces leadership changes following Carlisle retirement

General Motors (GM) has disclosed executive leadership changes following the retirement announcement of 41-year GM veteran Steve Carlisle (pictured left) who is EVP and president of the North America region.

VP of Global Cadillac Rory Harvey (pictured right) will be taking over for Mr. Carlisle, set to hold the position of EVP and president North America as of June 1, 2023. Meanwhile, taking over for Mr. Harvey as VP of Global Cadillac is John Roth who is currently Global VP of Customer Care and Aftersales.

At the same time, Josh Tavel will take over for Mr. Roth as VP of Customer Care and Aftersales. Mr. Tavel is currently executive chief engineer, Battery Electric Trucks and SUVs.
