Future Energy, Stellantis ready EV transition in the U.S.

US business consultancy company Future Energy has teamed up with automaker Stellantis to support the latter’s dealership transition to electric vehicles (EV) in the United States.

Besides offering consulting and on-site evaluation of EV integration needs, Future Energy is supporting the OEM with EV charging station installation and activation as well as infrastructure for energy management, and other technology solutions.

To support the transition, it is also providing staff training on business operational changes and sales strategies, as well as ongoing customer support.

Under its Dare Forward 2030 plan, Stellantis is seeking half of sales in the U.S. to be battery-electric vehicles (BEVs) by 2030, offering more than 25 BEV models in the country by that time. Currently, the automaker has more than 2,600 dealers in the United States.

Meanwhile, Stellantis intends BEVs to represent 100% of sales in Europe by 2030, offering more than 75 BEV models globally by that time and reaching sales of 5 million BEVs per year.
