Lyft launches monthly subscription
Ride-hailing company Lyft is launching a monthly subscription service in the U.S. Dubbed the All-Access Plan, it allows customers to lock in prices for rides, for a monthly fee of $299 (€260).
For that price, customers get 30 rides worth up to $15 (€13) each. If a ride goes over that price, the customer pays the difference. On top of that, all rides taken after the initial 30 get a 5% discount.
Lyft claims that customers who exchange their own car for the All-Access Plan can cut their mobility costs by up to 59%. The plan is live now. Users can cancel at any time.
