OBE Power, Driivz prepare EV charging network in US, Latam
Miami-based Electric vehicle (EV) charger company OBE Power and EV charging and smart energy management platform Driivz from Israel are working together to deploy EV charging networks in the United States and Latin America.
The goal of the companies is to create a scalable plan in the Americas, enabling them to be a leading Charge Point Operator (CPO) throughout dense urban cities and to accelerate and power the transition over and beyond eMobility.
Besides being highly focused on reducing TCO and maximizing network uptime, the platform will provide smart energy management that optimizes electricity costs based on demand.
According to Driivz, the new joint venture will be able to support the growing number of charger types and standards in different countries and it will also be able to provide streamlined payments across borders for multiple currencies and languages.
