Trip to Strip in Las Vegas
Trip to Strip is the new pilot programme of the Regional Transportation Commision in Las Vegas, offering ridehailing trips and competing with Uber and Lyft.
The shared vehicles can give 11 passengers a ride at the same time (including luggage). They are equipped with USB chargers. People can download the Trip to Strip app, set their pick-up point along the Strip – which is based on the existing RTC bus and paratransit stops along the Strip, and at Town Square, the Convention Center and McCarran Airport. A ride starts at $6, and rises depending on the number of passengers and distance.
