Arval revamps My Arval Mobile app

Leasing company Arval has launched a new version of its My Arval Mobile app for lease car drivers, offering a new user experience and adding new functions.

The app, available for Android and iOS, is designed to be intuitive, dynamic and user-friendly. Its features  are grouped in four main tabs.

My Vehicle
In this tab, drivers can access practical information about their vehicle, such as the model, number plate, fuel consumption, lease expiry date, return procedure. They can also consult information about a vehicle order or about previous vehicles.

My Services
This tab provides the drivers with details about all the services included in their contracts. They can also use it to make an appointment or to report an accident.

My Car Documents
In this section, drivers can find their car's documents and they can add additional documents like their driving licence or their fuel card.

Around Me
This tab contains a map indicating the nearest addresses where drivers can find service providers for maintenance, repairs or for tyre changes.

The app can be localised into English, French, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish or Turkish.

Arval plans regular updates to add new features to the My Arval Mobile app.
