Full-service or operational leasing is still gaining traction in Europe. If you look at the growth rates of the major leasing companies a yearly increase of their fleet between 5 and 10% is no exception. But changing consumer behaviour with an increasing preference for flexible usage instead of a long-term commitment could change the leasing equation. Subscription-based mobility services for example are gaining appeal, beguiling customers with their promise of simplicity and flexibility.
