The Global Fleet Manager of the Year in 2023 is Marcella Berta Mauri, Global Fleet Strategist at HP Inc. The award was presented by Sabrina Eickelkamp, Head of International Corporate, Direct and Guard Sales at Mercedes-Benz.

The Global Fleet Manager of the Year Award acknowledges individuals or teams within multinational corporations who wield direct influence over the company's global vehicle fleet and mobility program. This award considers the extent of internationalization in fleet management, the degree of global procurement efficiency, as well as stakeholder and supplier management, while respecting regional expectations related to safety, sustainability, and mobility.

Strict decarbonization strategy
As an EV100 member, HP is firmly committed to achieving 100% electrification of its fleet by 2030. This commitment is underscored by HP's strategic approach of centralizing its efforts to drive electrification initiatives, capitalizing on cross-regional knowledge and expertise. Notably, HP has not only overachieved its savings targets but also maintains a strong dedication to simplification and automation, emphasizing the optimized utilization of HR tools.

In addition, HP is actively progressing in the development of a global Fleet Dashboard through Power BI, reinforcing its fleet management and sustainability endeavors on a global scale.

Marcella manages a fleet of 4.460 vehicles across the globe, of which 2.330 in Europe.
