Fleet LatAm Conference returns to Mexico City in 2023

Following last year’s success, the Fleet LatAm Conference will be back again in Mexico City on September 25th and 26th 2023, featuring two days of talks about challenges, ecosystems, threats, opportunities, and fleet trends in the region.  

Entitled “Unlocking Safe and Sustainable Fleet Growth in Latin America”, the iconic luxury Hotel Marquis Reforma in the exclusive Paseo de la Reforma district will be the go-to place for learning, sharing, networking, and getting Inspired by our stellar cast of regional and international fleet and mobility expert speakers.

Day one

In the afternoon, we will host our second live Fleet LatAm Expert Meeting of the year as well as a luncheon especially focused on bringing together Inspiring Women in Fleet. The Opening of the Conference and Village will take place thereafter with a special keynote speech.

To wrap up the night, an exhilarating Awards Ceremony and Cocktail Reception will follow, and this time it will feature the announcement of six Fleet LatAm awards: 

  • Fleet Safety Manager of the Year
  • Connected Fleet Manager of the Year
  • Fleet LatAm Manager of the Year
  • Best Fleet Car of the year
  • Best LCV of the year
  • Best EV of the year

Day two

Following a Welcome at 9:30 am, the first session (Understanding the Economic Outlook) will feature a talk entitled "Grasping the Direct and Indirect Benefits of the Economic Outlook in Latin America". 

The second session (Recognizing the Electrification Curve) will then host two talks, being "EVs on the verge in Latin America" and "When electrification rhymes with savings". 

A third session (Remarketing & TCO) is also planned with a talk about "Residual value management for an optimized TCO". Keep in mind that Thought Leadership Presentations are also planned throughout the day. More info to come later.

After lunch, session four (Driver & Good Safety Programs) will offer four talks: 

"Go for the win-win by improving driver behavior and reducing insurance costs"
"Avoiding grand theft auto"
"Going the extra mile: how technology powers last-mile delivery efficiency"
"Successfully anticipating fleet management trends"

And the fifth session (2023-2025, What to expect) will offer three discussions: 

"Leasing, between innovation and consolidation"
"Smart data for smart mobility"
"Successfully anticipating fleet management trends"

The night will end with a roundup of Lessons Learned and the Closing of the Conference. 

In addition to gaining insight through these talks and presentations, remember that you will have several chances to exchange knowledge and network with your colleagues and peers. Besides the cocktail reception on the first day, we have scheduled two 30-minute networking breaks and a one-hour networking lunch.
