Fleet LatAm launches all-new Advisory Board

Aimed at developing business and innovation in Latin America in the realms of automobile fleet and mobility, the new Fleet LatAm Advisory Board has been launched.

With a focus on conferences, online events, industry training, as well as communication and networking, below are the experts who will be driving the initiative in 2023 and beyond.

Behind the wheel is Fleet LatAm Chairman Pascal Serres and Vice-Chairman Rodrigo Monroy. While Mr. Serres is a well experienced executive with a demonstrated history of working in the finance, service and automotive industry, Mr. Monroy is a 14-year procurement professional with experience in Strategic Procurement as well as Fleet Management.

They will be backed by Fleet LatAm Editor Daniel Bland who is also Editor of the Americas for sister company Global Fleet and a former transportation infrastructure correspondent in Latin America.

Strengthening the board with nearly 100 years of combined experience are key Latam vehicle leasing and fleet management executives. Based out of Mexico are ALD Automotive regional director for Latin America Kent Bjertrup and Element Fleet Management Country Head Mexico Manuel Tamayo and coming from Brazil are Ricardo de Bolle who is Global Business Development Director for the Latam region at Arval and Localiza&Co Executive Director of Special Projects Joao Andrade.

Wrapping up our list of top notch regional executives is Andres Hernandez, Chief Regional Officer in Latam for Traxall International, based out of Colombia.

Supporting from a fleet and mobility procurement perspective are two international fleet experts, being Paula Diniz who is Global Head of Fleet at pharmaceutical company Zoetis (formerly Latam region senior facility and fleet manager) and Karina Uribe who is Fleet and Travel regional manager for Latin America at Pfizer pharmaceuticals.

And representing the ever-growing telematics arena is Sean Killen, Geotab Vice President for Latin America, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as Fernando Ferreira who is Lytx Director of channel sales for Latin America and the Caribbean, both of which will be giving us key insights needed to further mature the efficiency of vehicle fleets throughout the region.
