Element appoints senior leadership team to lead EV strategy

Element Fleet Management has appointed a senior leadership team to lead the company’s Electric Vehicle (EV) strategy, now led by Vice President of EV strategy Avninder Buttar and Director of EV & Sustainability Strategy Jason Kazmar.

"Their proven track records and industry leadership in sustainable energy solutions will help accelerate our shift towards EV fleets for our clients," says Executive VP of Strategic Relationships Chris Gittens.

While Mr. Buttar (pictured left) was most recently VP of Global Strategy Initiatives for CSA Group, a standards organization, Mr. Kazmar (pictured right) was previously Senior Manager for Programs, Strategy and Product Development for Energy company CLEAResult.

This newly formed team will help Element support their clients even more, leading them through the gradual electrification of their automotive fleets over the next decade. 

Meanwhile, Element is also looking for new and strategic partnerships to help streamline and accelerate this EV adoption process for its clients around the globe.
