More Chinese EVs coming to Europe

SA01BC Sedan on the way to Europe

Suda, established in 2010 in China, has started the export of its SA01BC sedans to Europe. A first batch of 200 units have been shipped to Dusseldorf. The electric sedan has received its EU WVTA in January of this year and is now formally qualified to be sold in the EU. The total number of 2020 exports is budgeted at 12K vehicles.

Established in 2010, Suda initially focused on EV research and development and grew gradually into a manufacturing business. The company received a Chinese Government accreditation for annual output of 100.000 units and became the 11th EV OEM in 2019.

Suda has eyed the EU market for several years now and has cooperated on EV projects with European partners, such as Aachen University.
