VWFS expand international fleet service in U.S.

Thanks to Volkswagen Credit, Inc. (VCI), German and international corporate customers of Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS) can now also be served in the U.S. market and benefit from a one-stop service.

VWFS have expanded their portfolio of international services for vehicle fleets, making full-service leasing now possible for their clients in the U.S. for the first time.

VWGoA Fleet Services
Called 'VWGoA Fleet Services', the new offer provides corporate customers of VWFS in the United States with comprehensive full-service leasing for their vehicles and the associated fleet management solutions.

Both German and international fleet customers operating a vehicle fleet in the U.S. benefit from harmonised processes for the agreed services and conditions and have the advantage of a central contact at VWFS.

Further growth
"We have set ourselves the goal of achieving further growth in the non-European fleet business as well – and that includes the USA," says Jochen Schmitz (pictured), Head of International Fleet at Volkswagen Financial Services AG.

"Together with our overseas colleagues we now have an even broader range of international services on offer."

As from now, VWFS are also able to offer solutions in the areas of sourcing, financing, service and remarketing. As a result, customers can obtain everything they need to run their fleet business from the VW Group – all from a single source.

Key competencies
"We are pleased to be a part of this international program to exceed customers' fleet requirements globally", says Charles Moore, Chief Digital Officer at VW Credit, Inc. The feedback from previous customer and offer discussions has been consistently positive.

"Full-service leasing and fleet management are key competencies in order to be able to grow and offer profitable mobility services in the U.S.," says Schmitz.
