Lime partners with Wheels for MaaS platform

This winter, shared-mobility specialist Lime (e-scooters, bikes) will launch a mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) platform in Berlin and three US cities (Austin, Miami and Seattle). The service aims to be a one-stop-shop for anyone looking for a car-free trip under 8 km (5 miles).

The first partnership powering the platform is with Wheels, an LA-based provider of shared, electric last-mile mobility. Users will be able to find and access Wheels e-bikes via the Lime app. More cities and providers are to be added soon after the launch.
